By continuing to use “4411”, you agree to the above information and starting on 25 April 2022, you will pay for your parking sessions automatically from the account currently linked to 4411. If you don’t have enough money on your account to cover payment, we’ll start charging you interest. Learn more.
What to do if you don't agree with this change
Go to “4411” in KBC Mobile before 12 April 2022 (tap “Additional services”, scroll to “Mobility” and tap “4411”) and unlink your account in the “Manage” tab.
At present, the interest you earn on one or more savings accounts is transferred automatically to another account. This will happen one last time when the fidelity bonus is paid at the end of June 2022. After that, the only way to transfer the interest to another account is by doing it yourself.
- From then on, we will ask you to complete an investment profile instead of a risk profile. We ask more questions than we did previously when ascertaining your risk profile, including about your risk preference and financial situation. This enables us to know better what type of investor you are and to help us make suitable investment proposals.
- We have also inserted a paragraph explaining how we determine the investment profile for portfolios under usufruct.
You can obtain the full version of your contract from your KBC branch.

- You will no longer be able to include in your advisory portfolio the financial instruments you hold with Bolero.
- You will receive information contained in the “Strategy & Focus” and “Strategy & Focus – Shares” newsletters only in digital form or via the website.
- The period for indicating you don’t accept future changes to the contract has been shortened to one month.
- We have updated the entire agreement to bring it into line with KBC Bank's other wealth management advice agreements and, among other changes, have added references to other documents and the Code of Conduct.

If you need a duplicate copy of a document belonging to your KBC Home Loan, you will be charged an administration fee of 50 euros.
