Befimmo: capital increase in cash with priority allocation rights for a maximum of EUR 127 million
Befimmo SA/NV, the Belgian BE-REIT specialised in office buildings in Belgium (mainly in the centre of Brussels) and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg , is organising a capital increase in cash with priority allocation rights for a maximum of EUR 127 million.
The principal objective of the offering is for the company to raise new financial means to pursue its investment strategy in its core market of quality office buildings, while maintaining a solid balance sheet in line with the Company’s financial strategy (characterised by a target LTV ratio of around 50%). Existing shareholders can exert their priority allocation rights during the subscription period from 15 September 2016 until 22 September 2016 according to the conditions as described in the prospectus.
- Subscription ratio: 1 new share per 9 irreducible rights of allotment
- Issue price: EUR 49.75 per new share
The priority allocation rights will be listed on Euronext Brussels during the subscription period.
