Tap the blue App Store icon.

Tap the search bar at the top of your screen.

Tap ‘KBC Mobile’ at the top of the search results list.

Tap ‘Download’ at the top right of your screen. It may also be represented by an icon of a cloud with a downward-pointing arrow.

Tap ‘Open’ at the top right of your screen.

If you are a first-time user, you now know how to download the KBC Mobile app on your iPhone. If you are an existing user of the KBC Mobile app, this demo will now show you how to delete the app.

Hold your finger on the KBC Mobile icon.

Tap the red ‘Delete app’ text at the bottom of the list.

Tap the red ‘Delete’ text on the right.

After deleting the existing KBC Mobile app from your iPhone, follow the previously mentioned steps to re-install the app.
