New car? KBC will do your paperwork

Just bought a new car? Congratulations! No doubt you’re looking forward to collecting your brand-new vehicle and taking it for a spin. It’s going to be great!
Unfortunately, there’s a lot of paperwork too when you register a new car. It all takes time...
No need to worry, though: your KBC middleman will be happy to take care of the red tape for you. Waiting for your new car will be a whole lot nicer.

You can authorise your KBC middleman to fill in the forms on your behalf

Do you have the cover your new car needs? A car insurance policy with KBC will give it to you. Already a KBC client? Simulate your policy and make an appointment in KBC Touch. Not a KBC client yet? Make an appointment via KBC Live. Your KBC middleman will arrange every detail of your insurance, so you can take to the road without a care. By signing a simple authorisation, you can also have your KBC middleman sort out all the paperwork for your new car. And all for free: the best service is already included in the price!

We’ll do the paperwork for your car from start to finish

As soon as you sign the authorisation, your KBC middleman will get to work. He or she will contact your dealer and the Vehicle Registration Service. You’ll receive a clear list of the documents you need to sign and send to us. We even include a prepaid envelope. It couldn’t be easier!
Your KBC middleman will:

  • Request the pink registration form from the dealer
  • Register your car
  • Draw up your insurance policy
  • Make sure your registration plate is sent to your dealer
  • Include a European Accident Statement and parking disc with your in-car documents.

Car delivered, documents ready, key in the ignition... and off you go

Your dealer will call when you can collect your new car. No more waiting! Your in-car documents will be ready. Take to the road without a care. We wish you lots of pleasure with your new car!
