
What does this job entail?
As ourVendor ManageratKBC Asset Management, you support the Third Party Risk &License Management team, itself a part of Operation Support, Oversight & Reporting. Your focus in this team? Coordinating the contractual relationships with our vendors, with a special focus on Market Data vendors. This means monitoring and reporting on vendor performance in relation to Service Level Agreements and keeping internal stakeholders apprised of results and any actions that need to be taken.
What do we expect from you?
You also keep the overview of vendor assessments, manage vendor risk, and perform related other tasks, from licence management to advising on policies.
What are your tasks?
- You coordinate the identification and management of all risks related to third parties , including issues connected to data, security, sustainability and finance, as well as possible compliance risks.
- You stay a step ahead of risks related to third-party vendors. How? You use a framework and a well-defined process based on industry standards to assess any concerns, updating your data map as appropriate.
- You’re all too aware that new risks appear over time. You keep internal stakeholders informed of our evolving expectations in their processes related to third parties.
- Your dedicated approach to licence management means every internal stakeholder has every necessary licence to execute their business tasks.
- You advise on policy. Your insights put us on the path to achieving what we aim to achieve, with recommendations relating to budget, process and governance requirements.
- Your advice includes short-term and long-term recommendations.

- You have a master’s degreeand relevant experience.
- You enjoy working with figures and data. You workaccurately and with aneye for detail.

- You like organizing and steering a process to coordinate tasks over different teams .
