We offer you an exciting job in a dynamic environment with an international, diverse and inclusive team. We care for our people and make sure that everyone can contribute to the best of their potential.
You will reinforce the Reporting & Analysis Competence Center (R&A CC) within GRS. This department is responsible for asset & liability management (ALM), liquidity, credit risk, insurance risk and financial reporting of KBC Group.

As a Risk Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring that internal and external parties receive clear facts, figures, and thorough analyses of the risks to which KBC Group is exposed. You will be responsible for delivering risk reports for regulators, other KBC departments, and KBC management while ensuring the quality of the underlying data and reports. Additionally, you will continuously strive to bring our processes to the next level through various projects and innovations.

What do we expect from you?

  • You will analyze large quantities of data and present complex matters in a manageable, attractive way.
  • You will be involved in the implementation of new strategic solutions for group-wide risk measurement and reporting.

  • You will continuously expand your knowledge of risk management and reporting regulations.
  • You will work closely with colleagues in R&A CC, but also from various departments in GRS, with our partners such as Group Risk & the Group Credit Risk Directorate and other teams within KBC Group.

Can you help us make the difference?

I got the opportunity to get acquainted with risk reporting and learned how financial institutions follow up and manage their risks. I get energy from analysing the real risk drivers and I like to communicate these messages to a broad audience. Within this team, I’ve grown gradually during the years and have taken up a lot of interesting side projects along the way which facilitated an international cross-team collaboration, development of my project skills and thinking out of the box.
