Join the Operations Support, Oversight & Reporting Team and take the next step in your career within KBC Asset Management.
Together, we are responsible for monitoring and optimizing end-to-end transaction processes, pricing, valuation, accounting, reporting, and market data structures for both investment funds and discretionary mandates.
Your focus within this dynamic team? Ensuring the quality and reliability of transaction processes, fund accounting, and regulatory and tax reporting. While the day-to-day processing is handled by an operational team in Brno, you will remain closely involved in the operational oversight.
You will support fund-related activities throughout their lifecycle, from launch to liquidation. Your responsibilities include performing accounting controls, preparing annual reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax reporting requirements.
You will interact daily with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, auditors, and regulators, on topics such as systems, testing, accounting, reporting, and tax obligations. This broad exposure enables you to identify improvement opportunities that create tangible business impact.
What do we expect from you?
- Analyze data from core platforms such as SimCorp Dimension, map and assess processes, and translate insights into concrete improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to implement system changes and support operational teams by introducing new ways of working and facilitating the adoption of process enhancements.
- Act as a key liaison between Operations, IT, business stakeholders, and external parties such as auditors and regulators. Strong collaboration and clear communication are essential to success in this role.

Your key strengths?
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, and have approximately three years of relevant experience in financial operations, data analysis, or process-oriented roles.
- You are eager to gain deeper insight into investment funds, financial instruments, and operational processes, and to further expand your expertise.
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft 365 applications and have an interest in learning systems such as SimCorp Dimension.
- You enjoy working in an international environment and communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- Like your future colleagues, you thrive on collaborating with people from different backgrounds and teams. You are known as someone who is eager to learn, shares knowledge proactively, and is motivated to build expertise.
