    Form for reporting an accident

    If your car is not insured through KBC Autolease (i.e. your lease does not include insurance and risk arrangement), you cannot file a claim using our portal. In that case, you should report the damage to your fleet manager or your insurer. 


    If your car is insured through KBC Autolease, do the following:

    What should I do if I’ve had an accident involving someone else?

    If you’ve had an accident involving another driver, follow these three steps:

    1. Fill in the European Accident Statement
      Fill in the details as completely as possible (you’ll find them on your certificate of insurance).
    2. Have the statement signed
      You and all other parties must sign the statement.
    3. Report the damage online via our partner UBench
      Click here to report the damage. You will leave the KBC environment. Complete and scan the form, then upload it to the UBench website.

    You’ll receive confirmation after reporting the damage.

    What should I do if I’ve had an accident not involving anyone else?

    1. Report the damage online via our partner UBench
      Click here to report the damage. You will leave the KBC environment. You don’t need to fill in a European Accident Statement.
    2. We’ll keep you informed
      You’ll receive confirmation after reporting the damage. We’ll then start handling your claim.
