When you start in your new job, we make sure you’re not on your own. You’ll have a mentor who will coach and guide you through the first months, and thanks to our comprehensive ‘Onboarding Track’, you’ll get an insight into the structure of KBC IT and how we work. You’ll also get to know the other new starters, which is ideal for building your network and quickly feeling at home.

Whatever team you get to work in at KBC, we always focus on working together, communicating clearly and helping each other grow. Our Youth at IT community also makes things easier by organising all kinds of exciting cross-team learning and networking initiatives.

KBC IT teams are spread across several locations in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Hungary. The team in Belgium has around 1 500 people coming from over 100 different academic backgrounds and almost 30 different nationalities.

We also put our belief in diversity and inclusion into practice in other ways. Our initiatives such as culture workshops and ‘womentoring’ ensure that all our employees can continue developing their own personalities and talents.

We spend every day collaborating on digital and technological innovations that are often based on data and artificial intelligence, including KBC Mobile, our digital assistant Kate and Kate Coins.
