At the end of 2019, we took things to the next level with PEARL+, further emphasising cooperation between our highly diverse teams. This ‘added plus’ is helping us add value by increasing our focus on working together to innovate, initiate and inspire throughout and for the benefit of our entire group (right from HR and strategy through to finance and our retail products and services).

Taking our group-wide cooperation up a notch is enabling us to work more efficiently, respond faster and overcome any lack of local skills. It’s also making it easier for us to roll out joint projects across our organisation.

That includes Kate, our personal digital assistant who’s always there for customers using our mobile apps in Belgium and the Czech Republic. Powered by artificial intelligence, she’s constantly learning to help give our customers the best possible assistance with their online transactions, not to mention transform their digital experience with us.
