How do you lease a Canyon bike through KBC Bicycle Leasing?
Leasing a Canyon bike through KBC Bicycle Leasing when you’re an employee involves a separate ordering procedure. Simply follow the steps below to ensure your application goes smoothly.
How does it work?
1. Configure your Canyon bike
Go to Canyon’s online store and configure your bike. Don’t forget about:
- Accessories
- The right pedals for road and gravel bikes
- An ART2-certified lock (compulsory)
Go for the Abus Bordo Granit 6500K/90 + SH Folding Lock
After going through this step, click ‘Checkout’. You can decide whether or not to create a Canyon account and which e-mail address to use.
The discount you see on the website is also included in your lease quote.
2. Choose a collection point
Choose a collection point from the network that KBC Bicycle Leasing works with. Select either:
- New Bike Day: your bicycle will be delivered to Canyon’s head office in Rotselaar
or - Collect & Ride: your bicycle will be delivered to one of the bicycle dealerships that KBC works with
Important!
- Select a bicycle dealership from the list below, otherwise we will have to reject your quote.
- Home delivery is not permitted.

3. Select KBC Autolease as your leasing partner
- Select ‘leasing’ on the Canyon website as your payment method
- Select KBC Autolease as your leasing partner
- Finish your application
- We’ll set the bike aside for you for a limited period of time
4. Send your quote from Canyon to KBC Autolease
After reserving your bike, Canyon will send you a quote in PDF format. The order for your bike hasn’t been finalised at this stage. However, we’ll set the bike aside for you for a limited period of time. Promotions or discounts on the Canyon website are time-limited.
Send the quote from Canyon to mobiliteit@kbcautolease.be.
Make sure to include the following information:
- Your employer
- Your personal barcode number from MoveSmart
- The maintenance package you’ve chosen (Basic, Tour or Intense).

We’ll draw up your lease quote based on this information.
5. Approve your lease quote in MoveSmart
- You’ll see your quote in MoveSmart within two business days
- You approve the quote as the rider
- Your company’s fleet manager approves the quote
- The order is not finalised until these approvals have been obtained
6. We order your bike from Canyon
As soon as your quote has been approved in MoveSmart:
- We’ll convert it into a lease contract
- We’ll order your bike from Canyon
7. Delivery and use
KBC Autolease will send you an e-mail telling you when you can make an appointment to collect your bike from the bicycle dealership you’ve selected.
You can then use all the services offered by KBC Bicycle Leasing (such as insurance, breakdown assistance and maintenance).
