No, the tyre should be repaired or the battery charged before returning the vehicle. If not, you’ll have to pay a fee.

Personal data includes phone data, connected apps, infotainment and navigation system settings. More information on how to do this can be found in the driver’s manual or at the dealership. If you leave any personal belongings in your vehicle, KBC Autolease will charge a fee to cover the cost of returning them to you.

No, deeply discharging an electric car’s battery can damage the car. Make sure you return the vehicle with a fully charged battery.

At the end of your lease, you are required to immediately render the fuel card/charge card unusable.

Make an appointment at the dealer to collect your new vehicle. Only then can you arrange the return of your current vehicle using MoveSmart in KBC Mobile (just tap ‘Offer’ and scroll down to ‘Mobility’, open MoveSmart, select your vehicle and arrange the return procedure).
