- Certificate of conformity
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Service log book
- Certificate of insurance (green card)
- Vehicle inspection certificate
- Codes

Be sure to remove your personal belongings and data from the vehicle and its system. If KBC Autolease has to do this after you return your vehicle, you will be charged a fee.
Personal data includes phone data, connected apps, infotainment and GPS settings. You can find out how to do this by checking the vehicle's manual or asking the garage.
If your company has a fleet policy, be sure to go through the procedure for returning your lease vehicle.
VAB Fleet Services will check the vehicle at the car park in Londerzeel. We will take photos of the visible damage. Damage other than normal wear and tear will be billed as damage at the end of the lease.
