Find your fleet’s certificates of insurance in KBC MoveSmart
If you’re a Mobility Manager and your lease vehicles are insured with KBC Autolease, the certificates of insurance for your entire fleet are now available digitally.
Here's how to quickly find them in KBC MoveSmart.
Where can you find the certificate of insurance for a specific vehicle in KBC MoveSmart?
Step 1: Open KBC MoveSmart on your computer, select 'Fleet' and the 'Active Contracts'
Step 2: Select 'Active Contracts' again, followed by the vehicle
Step 3: You'll find the certificate of insurance under 'Documents' at the bottom of the screen
You can also request your fleet's insurance certificates in bulk
Go to 'Documents & Reports' and select 'Available reports'.
Select 'Overview of insurance certificates' at the top right and enter the desired customer number. Once you have done so, be sure to refresh the page.

Available digitally for your employees
Your employees can also access the certificate of insurance for their lease vehicles digitally using MoveSmart in KBC Mobile. See how they can do that.
Paper certificate of insurance in new vehicles
If your employee takes delivery of a new lease vehicle, the paper version of the certificate of insurance will be included with the vehicle documents. Your employee will be able to access the digital version using MoveSmart in KBC Mobile when it is re-issued each year.
Nevertheless, should you need a paper version,
your employee can easily download and print the certificate of insurance. If your employee doesn’t have a printer at home, they can request a paper version by following these steps.
Easy to forward
A certificate of insurance is linked to a vehicle and not to a person, so if someone else drives the vehicle, you must provide that person with the (digital) certificate of insurance. It's easy to do this digitally.
