If your organisation is active in Europe and you would like to avoid late payments, The European direct debit is the simplest solution. You submit your collection details to KBC, and we take care of the actual collection. You also choose the collection date yourself. The payment of the invoice can happen on the due date. The duration of a payment is one working day.
Maximum reassurance
Suppose your customer doesn’t have enough money in their account? No problem: we like to make things easy for you. The collection will be automatically relisted several times during five working days. So there’s no need for you to submit a new collection instruction.
