KBC Autolease: serious problems with registration of vehicles at the Vehicle Registration Office (DIV)

The Vehicle Registration Office (DIV) has been experiencing problems with the registration and preregistration of NEDC 1.0 vehicles since 1 September. This is due to the transition to the new Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) and has an impact on the registration of all vehicle brands.
