Can I drive a Luxembourgish company car in Belgium?
Yes, you can, However, you are required to carry the following documents in your vehicle at all times:
- A copy of your employment contract
- A document confirming that your employer located abroad is providing you with the vehicle
Can someone else drive my Luxembourgish company car in Belgium?
In principle, only the employee may drive the vehicle, but an exception is made for a family member living at the same address as the main user. That person may also drive the vehicle, but only if the main user is also in the vehicle with them.
