Step 1: Click on ‘New credit card’.

Step 2: Click on ‘Apply for a new credit card’.

Step 3: Choose the type of credit card you want and click on ‘Apply’.
More details on the credit cards can be found under ‘Features’.

Step 4: Select for whom you wish to request the card.
Tip: You can add a person through their full name and KBC client number by clicking on ‘Someone else’.

Step 5: Select a standard monthly limit or click on ‘Other limits’. 

Step 5a: Choose one of the 8 extra standard limits that are shown in ‘Other limits’ and click on ‘Confirm’.

Step 6: Click on ‘Next’ once your choice is made.

Step 7: Check the details and click on ‘Next’.

Step 8: Click on ‘Send application’ after having reviewed the specifications of the credit card. The legal representative or mandate holder will have to sign the request.

Stap 9: Select the person(s) you wish to have sign the request and click on ‘Sign’.

Step 10: You get an overview of the next steps. Click ‘Next’.

Tip: If one or more people need to sign, they will receive a message in the ‘Actions’ tab.
 

Step 11: Tick the boxes if you agree to the contents of the documents and click on ‘Sign’.

Step 12: The legal representative or mandate holder can sign the request with Isabel security or the KBC Business app.

Tip: The pin code is sent by SMS or post.
