Please ensure your e-mail includes:

• The chassis number
• The current mileage (for electric bikes only)
• A clear description of the problem or defect for which you would like to make a claim on the warranty
• Which bike dealer in our network you want to bring your bike to for inspection or repair (Find a bike dealer near you or check out our list of professional bike dealers)

We'll answer your e-mail as quickly as possible to let you know the next steps to take.
