Trade Finance workshop: getting a sale contract signed

Trade Finance workshop: getting a sale contract signed

Finished

At these breakfast sessions, our trade finance experts will give you tips and tricks on how to avoid disagreements with your customers and your colleagues in accounting, logistics, etc. Because good arrangements make good friends.

  • What if you get an order from someone you don't know in Algeria? You ask for a down-payment but the Algerian customer says that's not allowed under local law.
  • You agree 'ex works' Incoterms with a customer in Bangladesh. The letter of credit you've received requires a bill of lading.

Anyone involved in such transactions is welcome, though the workshop is primarily aimed at those who deal with sale contracts as part of their job description.

Using practical examples and tools, our experienced specialists will show you the way at this breakfast session.
