KBC believes that Leadlife Plus membership provides an answer to a challenge that many of our customers are currently facing: attracting and properly deploying their employees. The Leadlife Plus membership can complement workplace wellness efforts in an accessible way, by directly supporting your employees. This is how we want to assist you as a 'caring employer'.
KBC offers the Leadlife Plus membership as an additional service to our existing customers who are affiliated to a KBC Employee Care product, without the affiliated employees having to pay an additional fee. Only if the employee opts for the additional paying services, will there be a cost.
We ask all entitled employees to start on the landing page. Via the link in KBC Mobile or by clicking on the tile in KBC Mobile, they can activate their access. This is how we check whether the conditions for Leadlife Plus membership are met.
KBC Mobile offers a broad platform for all customers of KBC Bank & Insurance. But in addition, there are also several interesting services that do not require the user to open an account with KBC Bank & Insurance. This allows policyholders to use multiple functions in KBC Mobile (e.g. submitting a claim for hospitalisation insurance). KBC Mobile also enables easy access control, so that the service is only available to entitled customers and employees.
No, your employees do not need to open an account with KBC Bank & Insurance to use the Leadlife app.
The Leadlife app and support materials are currently only available in Dutch, French and English.
No, KBC does not adjust premiums or coverages in any way based on Leadlife data. KBC does not even have access to your individual employee or company-level wellbeing data. That data remains with Leadlife.
KBC is gradually rolling out access to Leadlife services. If your employees are connected to a KBC Employee Care product, the next stage is your turn. Contact your insurance agent or account manager for more information on the expected timing.
* KBC may decide to extend the free membership with Leadlife after one year (subject to conditions), without being obliged to do so. KBC also reserves the right to discontinue free membership with Leadlife at any time, without prior notice or compensation. If the free membership is discontinued, under no circumstances will it be converted into a paying subscription without the consent of the member.
