Why take out group hospitalisation insurance?
By taking out KBC Hospital Care, you offer your employees extensive cover that goes beyond the reimbursement of hospitalisation expenses incurred due to illness, an accident, childbirth or pregnancy complications – this comprehensive healthcare solution also offers them help and support during and after hospitalisation, giving them peace of mind and making them feel truly valued. For you as employer, it allows you to offer a supplementary benefit without having to pay social security contributions. We do note that the premiums are not tax-deductible, but on the plus side, you will be investing in well-being, engagement and a positive image as an employer.
Insurance for your employees and yourself
KBC Hospital Care can be taken out both for your employees and for yourself. The contract is valid for a term of one year and will be tacitly renewed for successive periods of one year unless you cancel it. Your employees may also include their cohabiting partner and any unmarried children under 25 living with them in the insurance.
