FAGRON: Offering with preferential subscription rights for approximately 88 million euros

Fagron NV is organizing an offering with preferential subscription rights. The offering comprises a capital increase through the issue of new ordinary shares with statutory preferential subscription rights for existing shareholders.

Existing shareholders and other holders of subscription rights can exercise their rights during the subscription period from 17 June 2016 until 1 July 2016, according to the terms described in the Prospectus.

• Subscription ratio: 5 new shares for 16 preferential subscription rights
• Subscription price: € 5.16 per new share

The preferential subscription rights will be listed on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Amsterdam during the subscription period.
