What is KBC Touch?
What you can do with KBC Touch (features)
If you're both a business client and a private client at KBC, you can also use the KBC Touch features for private individuals. Learn more.
Keeping personal and business accounts apart
If you're both a private client and a business client at KBC, you can manage both environments neatly and completely apart from each other in KBC Touch. A visual distinction is made by means of colour coding (dark blue and light blue). This enables you to keep an eye on the bigger picture while allowing you to see your income and expenditure at a glance. Your beneficiary details are also kept apart. You can enter them yourself, indicating whether they relate to a personal or business beneficiary.
If you're just a business client at KBC, KBC Touch is also the ideal tool for 'quick' online banking. You can see, among other things, the following overviews for your business-related expenditure:
- Business expenditure grouped by recipient
- Lists of all individual business-related transactions
- Graphs with your business expenditure divided into categories
- Discover more options now
Carrying out transactions (transfers)
It's possible to carry out a transaction (e.g., transferring money) for your business, and then carry out one for your own personal account in just a few clicks or swipes in KBC Touch. Just enter the beneficiary, the amount, the execution date and, if necessary, the standard-format reference. All you then have to do is sign it and the transaction will be carried out.
What's more, transactions can now be signed in Touch using KBC Sign, the app that replaces your card and card reader completely when you bank online. Find out more about KBC Sign now.
Your income and expenditure under control at all times
A major feature of KBC Touch is the handy budget management tool in doughnut form, telling you in real time what business payments you've had into and out of your account. What's more, your income and expenditure is neatly sorted into categories, which you can create yourself. Another handy feature allows you to sort this overview (per category) according to supplier or customer, and even to export the data to Excel.
Thanks to the budget management tool in doughnut form, you clearly see in a pie chart where your spend most money as a businessperson (or private client) and where you earn most of your income.
