Carrying out a cross-border transfer in our digital apps

Looking for a fast and secure way to carry out and manage your business spending worldwide and online? Look no further than a business debit card or business credit card. You can apply for yours in KBC Mobile or KBC Touch.

In KBC Mobile:
  1. Log in to KBC Mobile
  2. Tap the blue double-arrow circle icon at the bottom right of your screen
  3. Tap ‘International transfer’ at the bottom of your screen
  4. Enter your details and tap ‘Next’
  5. Follow the instructions

Or get Kate, your digital assistant, to help you. You can find Kate in the top-right corner of KBC Mobile. Tap the icon and type: ‘I want to make an international transfer’.

In KBC Touch:
  1. Log in to KBC Touch on your PC
  2. Select the account to be used for making the cross-border transfer
  3. Click ‘Transfer’ at the top right of the screen
  4. Click ‘international transfer form’ (written in lower case)
  5. Enter your details and click ‘Sign’ at the bottom of your screen
  6. Follow the instructions
