Carrying out a cross-border transfer in our digital apps
Looking for a fast and secure way to carry out and manage your business spending worldwide and online? Look no further than a business debit card or business credit card. You can apply for yours in KBC Mobile or KBC Touch.
In KBC Mobile:
- Log in to KBC Mobile
- Tap the blue double-arrow circle icon at the bottom right of your screen
- Tap ‘International transfer’ at the bottom of your screen
- Enter your details and tap ‘Next’
- Follow the instructions
Or get Kate, your digital assistant, to help you. You can find Kate in the top-right corner of KBC Mobile. Tap the icon and type: ‘I want to make an international transfer’.
In KBC Touch:
- Log in to KBC Touch on your PC
- Select the account to be used for making the cross-border transfer
- Click ‘Transfer’ at the top right of the screen
- Click ‘international transfer form’ (written in lower case)
- Enter your details and click ‘Sign’ at the bottom of your screen
- Follow the instructions
