How can the KBC Belmobiel help you at home?

A KBC employee will hop into the KBC Belmobiel and visit your home to help with your daily banking and insurance matters. Assistance includes:

  • Explaining our digital applications, such as KBC Touch, KBC Mobile
    and our website
  • Managing your accounts and applying for new ones
  • Setting up or managing direct debits and standing orders
  • Managing and applying for debit cards and managing credit cards
  • Updating information such as your personal data and contact details

Please note that for your own safety and that of our staff, we cannot bring or accept cash. Cash withdrawals and deposits can only be made at a KBC branch.

How to make an appointment with the KBC Belmobiel

Already a KBC customer?
If so, you can call us on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on 078 787 778. A KBC employee will go over your specific question with you and make an appointment to visit your home if necessary. The appointment itself is always on a weekday during office hours.

The KBC Belmobiel: instantly recognisable!

If you’ve made an appointment for the KBC Belmobiel to call round with you, then at the time agreed, the KBC employee will always identify themselves with a KBC badge as the first thing they do. They can also be recognised immediately by their distinctive blue car covered in stickers.
Someone will only come to your home if you have requested this yourself. We will never visit you unannounced.
