How to replace your defective card using KBC Touch:
- Log in to KBC Touch
- Click ‘More’ at the top of the screen and select ‘Debit cards’
- Select the debit card that is defective
- Click ‘Manage’ at the top and then ‘Block or replace’
- Select ‘Replace a defective card or add a (new) photo to your debit card’ and follow the instructions

How to replace your defective card using KBC Mobile:
- Log in to KBC Mobile
- Tap ‘My KBC’
- Scroll to ‘Means of payment’ and select the defective debit card
- Tap ‘Block, replace or cancel’
- Tap ‘Replace your card’
