Replace a faulty debit card

My debit card doesn’t work. What should I do?

If your debit card is defective, you can request a new one using KBC Touch or KBC Mobile. Either way, you’ll get your new card by post within five banking days.

If you’re under 18, you’ll need to ask one of your parents or your legal guardian to apply for you.

How do I apply for a replacement debit card using KBC Touch?

  1.  Log in to KBC Touch and click or tap ‘More’ under the top menu bar
  2. Go to ‘Bank cards’
  3. Select your defective debit card
  4. Open the ‘Manage’ tab
  5. Hit ‘Block or replace’ at the top right
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions

How do I apply for a replacement debit card using KBC Mobile?

  1. Log in to KBC Mobile
  2. Tap ‘My KBC’

  3. Tap your defective debit card
  4. Hit ‘Block or replace’
  5. Select ‘Replace your card’
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions
