Bridging loan

Bridging loan

You can repay all or part of the loan at any time
If you repay the loan early because you have sold your present property, you do not pay any reinvestment fee. In other cases, you do have to pay a reinvestment fee, which is equal to three months' interest on the principal repaid early.

If you are married, your spouse is automatically named as the second borrower.
Except if you are married under the system of pure separation of property.

Commitment fee of 0.16%
If you have not drawn down your loan by the start of the sixth month following the date of the contract, you will pay a commitment fee of 0.16% on the undrawn principal from that date.
