KBC processes your data on behalf of third parties​

KBC acts as a processor of your personal data on behalf of third parties further to the execution of orders at a number of stock exchanges or when acting as a broker. This is, for instance, the case for KBC Securities Services, part of KBC Bank providing securities solutions to financial institutions, banks, broker-dealers, asset managers and registered funds worldwide. KBC acts as a processor for certain third parties with respect to the Additional services  (see here for more information). KBC Bank NV acts as a processor for KBC Insurance NV for the distribution of their products.
