Why go for a personal loan?

A personal loan is an instalment loan. If you prefer not to touch the money on your savings account, then this type of loan offers an effective way to cover certain expenses. The good thing is that, by keeping your savings intact, you're always sure of having money available to you when you need it.

Our Mobile app also makes it easy for you to see:

• How much you have left to pay off
• When your next repayment is due
• How long your loan still has to run and what you pay each month

The personal loan in more detail

When you take out a fixed-rate loan, you know in advance how much you have to pay off each month. The length of time you can take to repay your loan depends on how much you want to borrow.

By running a personal loan simulation, you know beforehand exactly how much you'll be repaying each month and for how long. So, ultimately it's you who decides what your loan looks like.

You can apply online to borrow between 500 and 50 000 euros. Make an appointment at your branch to discuss larger amounts and we’ll see what works for you.

You repay your loan through a current account at KBC or the contract number of your loan (i.e. an account which you can pay the relevant amounts into).

Repayments start one month after your loan amount has been made available, after which they are made on the same day every month.
