Personal assistance cover: your financial safety net in the event of an accident or illness

Web

With our personal assistance cover, also known as travel assistance insurance, you won’t end your trip with a financial headache should anything go wrong. A few of the expenses covered by this insurance in the event of an accident include:

  • Hospitalisation
  • Repatriation
  • Forced extended stay
  • Transfer of family members

Travel assistance insurance may even be worthwhile if you already have hospitalisation insurance.

If you are admitted to hospital outside the European Union, some hospitalisation insurance policies only reimburse a limited portion of your medical expenses. It’s best to check this with your insurer before you leave.

Travel assistance insurance with KBC offers the same maximum compensation limit worldwide.
