No, you can’t. You can only withdraw money at KBC’s ATMs using your smartphone and QR code (MobileCash).

Can I make contactless cash withdrawals using my debit card at Bancontact CASH points?

No, contactless cash withdrawals can only be made with your debit card at KBC’s ATMs.

Can I transfer money at Bancontact CASH points?

No, you can’t. You can only transfer money at KBC ATMs or with our digital apps.

Can I change my PIN at Bancontact CASH points?

Yes, you can change your debit card’s PIN at any Bancontact CASH point.

Can I add a standard-format reference (TSFR) when depositing money?

You can enter the standard-format reference in the field reserved for it. Only use the figures for the standard-format reference (without the '*' and '/').

Can I deposit money into another account?

No, the money is always deposited into the account linked to the card. If you regularly deposit money into another account, you can apply for an additional card for that account.
