Where can I find my insurance?

KBC Mobile and KBC Touch let you see details of your insurance with us and take out new insurance.

  • In KBC Touch, go to ‘Home’, ‘Family’ or ‘Vehicle’ in the left-hand menu
  • In KBC Mobile, tap the ‘More’ menu at the bottom right, then ‘Home’, ‘Family’ or ‘Vehicle’

Hit Home to see your

  • Home Insurance
  • Home Assistance Insurance
  • Loan Balance Insurance (mortgage protection cover)

Open Family to view family-related products

  • Family Insurance
  • Accident Insurance
  • Hospitalisation Insurance
  • Travel Insurance

How do I make insurance claims?

KBC Mobile and KBC Touch let you easily file and track insurance claims.

  1. Log in to KBC Mobile or KBC Touch
  2. Open KBC Mobile’s ‘More’ menu at the bottom right, then ‘Home’, ‘Family’ or ‘Vehicle’
  3. Tap the insurance you’re claiming under
  4. Open the ‘Manage’ tab and tap ‘File or track a claim’

How do I file a hospitalisation claim?

  1. Log in to KBC Mobile or KBC Touch
  2. Open KBC Mobile’s ‘More’ menu at the bottom right, then ‘Family’
  3. Tap your hospitalisation insurance
  4. Open the ‘Manage’ tab and tap ‘File or track a claim’

How do I contact my branch or insurance agent?

It’s easy to stay in touch with us using KBC Mobile or KBC Touch. Both apps give you handy access to contact details for KBC Live, your branch and your insurance agent. They also make it easy to book an appointment with us or send us a message. KBC Mobile also lets you chat with us.

Tap the ‘More’ menu at the bottom right, then ‘Communication’

  • Open ‘Your Contacts’ to quickly get in touch with us
  • Hit ‘Appointment’ to book some time with us
  • Press ‘Message’ to send us a message
  • Tap the speech bubble at the top to chat with us

Go to ‘Contact’ in the blue bar to see how to get in touch with us, make an appointment with us or send us a message.
