Move your standing orders to KBC

Move your standing orders to KBC

Just switched to KBC? Welcome on board!
You can now move your standing orders (such as direct debits) from your previous bank to KBC in one of two ways:

By using our bank switching service

This free service is designed to help you move your standing orders.

The following are covered:

  • Standing orders (transfers carried out at fixed intervals)
  • Planned credit transfers (transfers with an execution date in the future)
  • Direct debits (automatic payment of recurring invoices)
  • Recurring incoming credit transfers (recurring payments to your account)

You can also decide whether to close your old current account. If you do, the balance on it will be transferred to your new account.

How does it work?

You can use the bank switching service in the easiest way for you. Sort it out digitally in KBC Mobile or fill in the application form and send it to us. We'll look after the rest!

Prefer to move your standing orders yourself?

Draw up a list of all your direct debits and send those concerned a registered letter notifying them that the relevant direct debit has been transferred to your new account.

Ask your employer to pay your wages into your new account and advise others making regular payments to you of the changed situation.

You can always use this document for this purpose:
