‘Arizona’ coalition agreement: anti-abuse provisions for the annual tax on custody accounts (JTER)

On 29 May 2026, the Chamber of Representatives adopted the Programme Act to implement various measures, including changes in the tax on custody accounts. We are monitoring further developments in this regard and will provide updates here as soon as more information becomes available.
