More information about MyMobility

Everything for your mobility in one handy overview.

MyMobility provides insights into the total cost of owning your car, enables you to find new models, provides information and the opportunity to take out insurance cover or a loan. It also provides you with ready access to the services provided by our partners (including ‘4411’, De Lijn and SNCB).

When you log in to MyMobility, you’re given the option of adding one or more cars. When a car is insured with KBC, you’ll be prompted to display it in MyMobility. You can add other cars manually.

If you’ve already logged in, you can always add cars by tapping the plus sign (+) at the top of the MyMobility screen.

You can add up to 15 cars in MyMobility.

  • Open ‘MyMobility’ in KBC Mobile
  • Tap the three-dot menu (...) for the car you want to remove
  • Tap ‘Remove your car from MyMobility’
  • Confirm by tapping ‘Remove

If you’ve manually added a car in MyMobility and insure it later with KBC you’ll see the car twice in MyMobility. We recommend removing the car you added manually by following these steps:

  • Open ‘MyMobility’ in KBC Mobile
  • Scan the top of the MyMobility screen and you’ll see the same car listed twice
  • Tap ‘View details’ for both cars
  • Scroll to ‘Your products for this car’ where you’ll see that one of the cars has been insured (the car without any insurance may be removed)
  • Remove the car by tapping the three-dot menu (...) and selecting ‘Remove your car from MyMobility’

We provide them as a way to share relevant information about mobility.

Depending on how your car was added, you can log in to KBC Mobile and use MyMobility to update certain details relating to your car and the associated costs.

If you added your car manually, you can change the vehicle details yourself. If the car is insured with KBC, the official details are retrieved automatically on the basis of the chassis number (VIN). These details are linked to your insurance and therefore cannot be changed.

To update the details relating to a car added manually:

  • Log in to KBC Mobile and go to ‘MyMobility’
  • Select the car whose details you want to update
  • Tap the three-dot menu (...) and select ‘Edit details’
  • Make the necessary changes and save them

Besides the vehicle details, you can update the data for your TCO calculation to get an idea of the total cost of owning your car. It’s important to remember that costs linked to %ùbank%% products cannot be changed as long as they are linked to your car.

To update your TCO data:

  • Log in to %%product.mobile%% and go to ‘MyMobility’
  • Select the car and tap ‘View details’
  • Go to the overview of your costs and tap ‘Details’
  • Select the costs to be updated and tap ‘Edit’
  • Update and save the data

You can return to Kate's estimates at any time should you wish to use them again for reference purposes.
