  • The details needed to answer your question (i.e. your transaction history if you ask Kate to look up a payment)

Sometimes you ask a question that Kate cannot answer independently. In that case, you can choose to call KBC Live. Kate will connect you and ensure you get priority assistance so you still get an answer to your question as soon as possible.  

No, your conversation is not strictly confidential. If you call a KBC Live staff member, they can access your conversation with Kate to provide an answer to your question. This means you don't have to ask your question again.
