    Adjust your limits with Kate

    How to ask Kate:

    1. Open KBC Mobile and start a conversation with Kate.
    2. Ask your question in plain language, for example: 'Kate, adjust my limits.'
    3. Kate asks you which limits you want to adjust.
    4. Kate now asks you which limits you want to adjust:  
      1. card limits,
      2. MobilePay limits,
      3. transfer limits,
      4. limits for a child's account.
    5. Choose the limit you want to adjust. Kate guides you to the overview.
    6. Choose your new maximum amount. 
    7. Confirm your choice with itsme or your card reader.
