Applying for a credit card online is quick and easy. We'll post it to you within five banking days. All you need to do is log in to KBC Touch and you're set to go! If you have any questions, just ask them by chat in Touch.
Step by step
Step 1: Log in to KBC Touch
This takes you to the overview of your current and savings accounts, and your credit cards when you have them. Go to ‘Credit cards’ and click + to get started.
Step 2: Select the current account you want to link the credit card to
You can link a credit card to a KBC Plus Account. If you already have a KBC Basic Account it's easy to switch to a Plus Account in KBC Touch.
Step 3: Choose a credit card or prepaid card
Step 4: Opt for flexible repayments if you want
If you want to repay the full amount you've spent on your card every month, choose the first option.
If you'd rather spread your repayments, choose the second. You can spread repayments with our Flex Budget.
Step 5: Enter your personal details
Step 6: Send your request
If your application is approved immediately you'll be taken to the signing screen. Otherwise you'll be asked to upload proof of income documents in KBC Touch.
Step 7: Sign your application digitally
When your application has been approved you can sign the documents in KBC Touch. Once you've signed, your application has been finalised.
All the documents you signed digitally will be sent to your KBC Touch inbox within one banking day.
Step 8: You'll get our new credit card within 5 banking days by post
Once you've received it, you can request your PIN by text message. We'll tell you how to do this in the letter accompanying your credit card.
Should I opt for flexible repayment?
If you prefer not to pay off the full balance on your card in one fell swoop every month, go for flexible repayment. You will still have the option of paying back the full amount in one go if you want.
Which credit card should I go for?
You'll see that you can choose from four different credit cards. Take your time to decide which card suits you best. If you're finding it difficult to choose, check out our credit card comparison table.
During the application process you can easily launch a chat session by right-clicking on 'Live chat'. You can also contact us in the evenings and on Saturdays. You can also send a message via 'contact', at the bottom left of the Touch menu.
