Power of attorney gives someone else access to your bank accounts or insurance, including the ability to view details and/or carry out transactions. With KBC Mobile on your phone, you can easily manage who has access to your financial products.

How to set up a new power of attorney with KBC Mobile

  1. Log in to KBC Mobile
  2. Tap your profile (settings icon) at the top left of the screen
  3. Scroll to ‘Security and privacy’ and tap ‘Powers of attorney’
  4. Tap ‘Personal powers of attorney’
  5. Tap the plus sign at the bottom right
  6. Follow the instructions

How to manage your powers of attorney in KBC Mobile
