Well, your Visa Silver card will be replaced
by a new KBC Silver Credit Card, which is being
provided in collaboration with Mastercard. We will then be able to
offer you more options.
Thanks to the KBC Flex Budget,
you'll also have the possibility of choosing the time you want to
take to repay your balance, just like you did with your Visa
Silver card. You can choose to pay off your balance over several
months or repay the amount you owe automatically in one go.
What stays the same?
The settlement date
Your credit facility (if you had one)
Your card limit
The fee you pay for your credit card
The insurance linked to your credit card
What will change?
Your card number
The expiry date
Your three-digit security code
You can continue using your current Visa Silver card until
you receive your new Mastercard-branded credit card and use it for
the first time.
You could use your new card for the first time when paying in a
shop, withdrawing cash from an ATM or paying online with your card
reader (confirming a purchase via MobilePay is not enough).
If you still have an outstanding credit balance on your
Visa Silver card, we'll transfer it automatically to your new KBC Silver Credit Card.
