If you’ve activated ‘Extra convenience’, you’ll be able to use MyMobility to the full. We’ll then use the details you’ve entered in MyMobility to perform calculations and provide information that’s of interest to you. Any offers we show in MyMobility are based on the commercial settings in your KBC Mobile app.
You can find a range of new and second-hand cars in MyMobility, work out what your car costs you each month and also run simulations for your car loan or car insurance.
Tap ‘MyMobility’ at the top of KBC Mobile to add up to 15 cars. If your car is already insured with KBC, you can have it added automatically.
- Tap ‘MyMobility’ in KBC Mobile
- Tap the three-dot menu (...) at the top of the tile for the car you want to remove
- Select ‘Remove your car from MyMobility’
When you add a car yourself and then insure it later with KBC, you’ll see it twice in MyMobility. In that case, you can remove the car you added:
- Tap ‘MyMobility’ in KBC Mobile
- Tap ‘View details’
- Go to ‘Your products for this car’ and remove the car that’s not covered by your insurance
If you added your car yourself, you can also edit its details. All you have to do is:
- Tap ‘MyMobility’ in KBC Mobile
- Tap the three-dot menu (...) at the top of the car’s tile
- Select ‘Manage your car details’
If your car is insured with us, we automatically display the details on the basis of the chassis number (VIN). These details are linked to your insurance and, therefore, you cannot change them.
You will find both second-hand and new cars in the range offered in MyMobility. If you buy a new car, you can get a discount and earn Kate Coins.
If you’re looking for a second-hand model, MyMobility will provide a wide range of quality cars to choose from, thanks to the companies that partner with us. If you buy a second-hand car that you found in MyMobility, you can also earn Kate Coins.
If you also take out a loan or insurance with us for the car you buy, you’ll earn even more Kate Coins.
* Kate Coins are only available to KBC customers who have opted for ‘personalised’ commercial offers in KBC Mobile and hold a current account at KBC.
The cars in MyMobility are offered by our partners.
We work with a number of major importers when it comes to new cars and collaborate with other partners for second-hand cars. We aim to expand this network in the future so that even more cars can be offered.
First of all, add the car to your favourites by going to the cars on offer and tapping the heart icon next to the car you want to add.
Select ‘Continue with this car’ in your list of favourites. You can then:
- Request your offer code to earn your Kate Coins or claim your discount at the car dealership (for new cars)
- Make an appointment at the car dealership
- Upload your invoice after buying the car
- Run simulations for a car loan or car insurance
If you buy one of our partner’s cars from the range we offer, you’ll be able to claim your first 50 Kate Coins. You must upload the invoice in MyMobility to receive the coins (a quote or sale agreement is not valid).
Make sure that your offer code is put onto the invoice before uploading it. Only then can we pay out your Kate Coins. You can retrieve your offer code as follows:
- Tap ‘Continue with this car’ in your list of favourite cars
- Tap ‘Ask for your offer code’
- Tap ‘Next’
- Tap ‘Ask for your offer code’
If you take out a loan or insurance for this car, you’ll receive an additional 100 Kate Coins each time.
If you buy one of our partner’s new cars from the range we offer, you’re entitled to a discount.
To receive the discount, you must have an offer code. You can request one in MyMobility as follows:
- Tap ‘Continue with this car’ in your list of favourite cars
- Tap ‘Ask for your offer code’
- Tap ‘Next’
- Tap ‘Ask for your offer code’
Your offer code will now be visible on the KBC Mobile login screen. You need to show this code to the car dealership participating in the offer in order to receive your discount.
This discount only applies to new cars, not to second-hand models.
If you’re having problems with your offer code or having trouble uploading your invoice, contact KBC 24+.
- Go to ‘MyMobility’
- Tap ‘Continue with this car’ in your list of favourite cars
- Tap ‘Ask for your offer code’
Your offer code will now be visible on the KBC Mobile login screen.
If you’re having trouble finding your code, contact KBC 24+. The staff there will be happy to assist you.
If you apply to take out a loan with us to finance a car that you found in the range on offer, you can earn 100 Kate Coins. To get them, you need to upload your invoice in MyMobility. Before uploading it, make sure to retrieve your offer code and that it is put onto your invoice.

If you’ve applied for a loan but end up not buying the car, we’ll automatically remove your application for this loan.
If you’ve signed the loan but you’re still unsure, you still have 14 days to cancel your application.
The application provides an estimate of what your car costs you, with the estimated figure taking due account of the fixed and variable costs.
The calculation of those costs factors in the following details:
- Make and model of your car
- Year of initial registration
- Fuel type
- Whether your car has an automatic or manual gearbox
- Model (trim level)
- Kilometre reading
- Number of kilometres you drive each year
- Cost of your loan and insurance
- Log in to KBC Mobile and tap ‘MyMobility’
- Select your car
- Tap ‘Edit’ next to ‘Details’
- Select the costs to be updated and tap ‘Edit’
You can reset Kate's estimate at any time.

Yes, you can. Tap ‘Your budget’ on the MyHome start screen to work out how much you can borrow, how much you need to put down and what costs you should take into account.
- Maximum loan amount: The maximum amount you can borrow is 90% of the purchase price. This means that if you buy a property for 300,000 euros, you can borrow a maximum of 270,000 euros. You have to pay the remaining 30,000 euros yourself.
- Minimum own financial input: This is the amount you have to pay out of your own pocket. It comprises 10% of the purchase price plus legal fees (deed of purchase, registration duties, collateral, loan origination fee, etc.).
