How to ask Kate:
- Open KBC Mobile and start a conversation with Kate.
- Ask your question in plain language, for example: 'Kate, show me my PIN.'
- Kate asks you which card or account this is for.
- Confirm your identity with your PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition.
- Your PIN is displayed securely in the app.
