  • I have a minor in the house. How will KBC contact my child?

    If it concerns your underage child, we'll keep contacting you. But then digitally in KBC Mobile or KBC Touch from now on!

  • I share an account with friends, family or a partner I'm not married to. Will KBC continue to contact me?

    Of course! However, we will now no longer do so by post, but directly in KBC Mobile or KBC Touch.

  • I represent someone who is legally incapacitated. How will KBC contact that person?

    If you represent a person who is legally incapacitated, we'll continue to contact you. But then digitally in KBC Mobile or KBC Touch from now on!

  • I am a member of an association or company affiliated with KBC. Will KBC continue to contact me regarding this?

    Yes of course! However, we will now no longer do so by post, but directly in KBC Mobile or KBC Touch.

  • My company uses the KBC Business Dashboard. Is anything about to change?

    For the time being, nothing will change in the way we communicate with your company.

  • I'm a member of a partnership. How is KBC going to contact me?

    If we need to contact you about your partnership, we will be doing so from now on in KBC Mobile or KBC Touch.

  • I get my account statements by post. Is that going to change, too?

    No, we'll keep sending your account statements by post for now.

  • What's the difference between a message and a document?

    Short messages that you don't need to keep, can be found under 'Messages'. Under 'Documents' you will find, for example, legally required notifications, invoices and certificates. These documents are automatically kept for at least seven years.

  • What if I don't want to use KBC Mobile or KBC Touch?

    It's possible to deactivate your KBC Mobile or KBC Touch profile. If you do this, you'll receive your communication by post. However, please keep in mind that this is a slower and not so environmentally-friendly way of communicating.
