Until 30 June 2024, you can use all KBC Basic Account services and applications free of charge. As from 1 July 2024, the cost of the KBC Basic Account will be 2 euros per month.

If you already have a KBC Plus Account and you open an additional KBC Basic Account, that KBC Basic Account will remain free even after 30 June 2024. Important: the holder of the KBC Plus Account and the KBC Basic Account must be the exact same person.

At KBC, you choose which account suits you best:

The free current account with credit card, debit card and online banking facility.
  • KBC Plus Account
The current account with credit card, debit card and all the convenience of day-to-day banking. From 3.75 euros a month.
  • Young person's account
The free account for under-25s. If you're under 18, then ask a parent or legal guardian to open a young person's account for you.
  • KBC Business Pro

If you meet certain conditions, you can use the KBC Basic Banking Service, a legally regulated, limited service.
